Challenge
Dove wanted to expand its presence on Amazon by elevating how its products showed up in the marketplace. The goal was to create A+ content that clearly communicated product benefits, reinforced brand trust, and drove conversion. At the same time, Dove was introducing a new line of hand sanitizers during the height of COVID, requiring fast turnaround and consistent messaging across multiple SKUs.

Solution
As Lead Designer, I created the full suite of Amazon A+ content across Dove SKUs, designing product pages that were both visually engaging and informative. My work included developing enhanced modules that highlighted key claims, benefits, and sustainability messaging such as 100 percent recycled bottles. For the launch of Dove Hand Sanitizers, I built out the complete A+ experience across product variations, ensuring that design, messaging, and imagery aligned with Dove’s trusted brand voice while addressing consumer needs during a critical time.

Impact
The work gave Dove a stronger and more cohesive presence on Amazon, helping the brand cut through a competitive e-commerce space with clarity and authority. By combining brand storytelling with clear product education, the A+ content improved consumer confidence and supported the successful launch of Dove Hand Sanitizers when trust and reassurance mattered most.
