Challenge
Melé was a new skincare brand created to give melanin rich skin the attention it deserves. The challenge was to launch the brand with a clear and confident social presence that highlighted both the science behind the products and the cultural relevance of the mission.

Solution
I supported the launch by helping set up the brand’s social account and creating content for the first wave of posts. My role included photo retouching and preparing assets for social use, making sure each post felt clean and simple while staying true to the brand identity. The content highlighted key product benefits, ingredients, and the brand’s focus on equity in skincare.

Impact
The launch introduced Melé with a strong visual presence across social channels and gave the brand a polished and professional look from day one. The content was also featured in partnership with Howard University during the “Magic in Melanin” campaign, reinforcing the brand’s mission to drive equity in skincare and connect with the community it was built to serve.
